01About these terms

These draft terms relate to use of the Flash Print website and purchases where checkout is available. The legal business name, address, support contact, effective date, and applicable jurisdiction must be confirmed before these terms take effect.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

02Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when making enquiries or purchases. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, or submit unlawful material. If you cannot legally enter into a purchase contract, a parent or guardian should make the purchase for you.

03Products & artwork

Product descriptions, formats, and dimensions should be checked on the relevant product page before ordering. Screen settings may cause colours to appear different from a physical print; this does not limit rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.

Artwork, branding, and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their respective owners. Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce the artwork. Flash Print’s rights to use third-party artwork must be verified by the business.

04Prices & payments

Prices shown on the storefront are in Indian rupees. The final payable total, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, should be clearly displayed before payment. Available payment methods and payment provider details must be confirmed when checkout is enabled.

If a listing contains an error, the customer should be informed and offered an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. An additional charge should not be taken without the customer’s agreement.

05Orders & availability

Placing an order should be followed by an acknowledgement explaining the order status. The point at which an order is accepted must be clearly stated in the final checkout terms. Availability and production information should be confirmed before purchase.

Customers should check their selected format, quantity, and delivery details carefully. Any process for correcting an order must be confirmed in the final policy.

06Delivery

Delivery areas, charges, dispatch times, estimated arrival dates, packaging, and tracking arrangements must be confirmed and disclosed before purchase. Delivery estimates may be affected by factors outside the store’s control, without limiting applicable consumer rights.

If an item is missing or arrives damaged, keep the order details and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging to help with the enquiry. No reporting deadline is established by this draft.

07Cancellations, returns & refunds

The business has not yet supplied a cancellation, return, replacement, or refund policy. Eligibility, deadlines, return costs, and refund processing times must be clearly disclosed before orders are accepted.
